- Full Name
- Student ID
- Description of issue (i.e. forgot password, DUO not working, etc)
Potential Login Errors:
- Logged in successfully but not in campus Groups
- You will not have access to UR SLC because of the following:
- You have not paid your deposit and/or tuition OR your deposit and/or tuition is not processed on your student account yet. Allow 5-7 business day after you pay your deposit for processing.
- You are waiting for your VISA to be processed
- You will not have access to UR SLC because of the following:
- UR SLC app no longer available
- This means you have our old UR SLC app still on your device
- You MUST delete the old app and then our new UR SLC will work properly
- You MUST delete the old app and then our new UR SLC will work properly
- This means you have our old UR SLC app still on your device
