The program begins with an Orientation in the Innovation Hub at the Kingston Campus. Virtual options for Brockville and Cornwall.
The program runs for two semesters, from October 2026 to April 2027. Access to MasterClass subscriptions continues until Fall 2027 term.
To apply for the program, you’ll need to prepare the following documents and submit them using the form below.
Please note: you can only submit your application once the application period opens. But it’s a great idea to have everything ready in advance!
(500-750 words)
• Why you want to participate in MasterClass at SLC
• Your leadership goals and aspirations
• How you plan to apply learning outcomes to benefit SLC community
(250-400 words)
• Acknowledgment of two-semester commitment
• Availability for in-person sessions
• Understanding of final conference requirements
• Reflection on importance of commitment
(Optional... but highly encouraged!)
Have one reference:
• An academic reference (faculty/staff) or…
• A character reference (employer, volunteer supervisor, or peer leader)
Prepare a document with your reference name, position, organization, contact information, and their reference statement.
(Optional... but worth the bonus points!)

• Compressed to a .zip format
