We’re excited to announce that soon you’ll be able to submit requests to have new campus roles and experiences recognized on the St. Lawrence Experience Record (SER)! If you’re involved in a unique activity or role that’s not currently captured on SER, we want to hear from you.

How It Works:

  1. Identify the Experience: Determine if your campus role or activity is not yet recognized on SER. This could be a new club position, volunteer role, or any other significant involvement.
  2. Gather Details: Collect relevant information about the experience, including its purpose, responsibilities, duration, and the skills or competencies you’ve developed through it.
  3. Submit Your Request: Once the 'Experience Request Form' is live, fill out the form with all the necessary details. Be sure to explain why this experience should be recognized and how it contributes to your personal and professional growth.
  4. Review Process: Our team will review your submission to ensure it meets the criteria for recognition. You may be contacted for additional information or clarification during this process.
  5. Get Recognized: Upon approval, your experience will be added to your SER, showcasing your unique contributions and achievements to future employers and the college community.
