SLC Student ID Request Form

The SLC ID card is a crucial tool for daily life at St. Lawrence College, offering convenience, security, and access to a wide range of services and facilities. It's essential to keep it safe, use it regularly, and avoid losing it to maintain smooth and uninterrupted access to everything the college offers.

All updates about your Student ID card will be sent to your SLC email only — not your personal email (like Gmail or Yahoo). Make sure to check both your Inbox and Focused Inbox regularly.

You will receive the following emails to your SLC Student email from CampusGroups:

  • Pending Approval – Your request has been received and is being reviewed.
  • Rejected - a reason will be provided to your SLC Student Email
  • Approved – Your card has been printed and is ready for pickup.

Pickup Info: Once approved, you can pick up your card by following the signs on campus. Instructions may vary slightly by location, so be sure to watch for signage or ask at Student Services.⚠️ Tip: Bookmark your SLC Email (Outlook) and check it at least once a day until your card is picked up.

Why you should use and not lose your SLC ID Card

Access:

Losing the card can restrict access to essential services and facilities, disrupting daily activities and academic work.

Convenience

The card consolidates many functions, reducing the need to carry multiple forms of identification or payment methods.

Cost:

Replacing a lost or damaged card incurs a $20 fee, and additional fees may apply for certain services.

Security

The card helps ensure that only authorized individuals can access certain areas, protecting students and college property.

Student ID Card Do's & Don'ts

DO: Keep your card safe & with you at all times on campus.

DON'T: Leave freely in your bag, bend, crack, or hole punch.

DO: Keep your card in a plastic holder or sleeve, as you must pay a $20.00 replacement fee if your card is damaged.

DON'T: Give your card to others for use.  This is against the Student Code of Conduct and may result in serious academic consequences.
